THE BUILDING
The Bedart centre is ideal for the establishment of craft or industrial businesses thanks to the modularity of the spaces, the strategic geographic position on the outskirts of Lugano and last but not least the possibility to access all floors and all units with vehicles thanks to the large doors and the slab of adequate capacity.
We have some industrial-handicraft-administrative spaces with outdoor parking area, ideal to welcome users and visitors.
Warehouses
We have a variety of commercial spaces ranging from 230 sqm to 825 sqm that can also be joined together. The height of the buildings is at least 4.50 m, they can accommodate warehouses, production and craft workshops. The spaces are equipped with a large entrance door measuring 5.50x4.30m and an external yard with a parking area. The internal vertical circulation between the floors is provided by stairs and elevator.
Third floor office
On the third floor we have different commercial spaces divided into offices, with vaulted ceiling made of wood with exposed beams and equipped with modern skylights. These spaces are adaptable to different needs, and thanks to the attention to detail they offer a comfortable and pleasant environment with large windows and skylights and are also suitable to host representative offices. The height is between 2.40 m and 3.00 m and the slab has a capacity ranging from 200 to 300 kg/sqm.
